Unplug the phone for a few seconds then plug back in. Do you see the time and date on the display? If not try a phone you know works fine. If the other phone works fine and the original phone is still having problems then you will need to replace the original phone. If both phones have the same problem there is an issue with the port on the phone system and you will need to call technician to the site to troubleshoot and repair. Let me know if you have any questions.
I have the same problem. It happened after I press feature * and a number I can't remember. Is there a code to reactivate the keypad?I have the same problem. It happened after I press feature * and a number I can't remember. Is there a code to reactivate the keypad?
