Norcent Monitor LM-762 right-half of screen is white columns
Running Norcent Monitor with my Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop; worked fine for several months. Without warning, it split the Norcent Monitor screen image in half, vertically--the left side is in full color, and displays half of the total image. The right side is all white with 4 or 5 columns delineated by narrow black vertical lines -- almost like columns in an Excel spreadsheet, but all evenly spaced and of course no horizontal lines.
About the same time I had occasional problems with Excel...sometimes a spreadsheet would "lose" the Excel menus at the top of the screen and in their place it would have the "e" for internet explorer... as if the Excel spreadsheet had morphed into an internet page.
How can I find a driver for Norcent? (to re-load) I've tried several websites but nothing delivers a solution. At driver detective it reported {Dell's ??] Mobility Radeon 7500C was out of date...I see this name when I select the use of two monitors. Is this the problem? Or should I remove Excel and re-load Excel? I don't need the monitor often, but when I do, gosh, I really need it. Thanks.
