Nordic Track Treadmill C1800 will not run. Console appears okay. Lights on Power Board appear okay per service document. No E6 Error code on Console. Control board only lights HV BUSS LED. SPD SIG LED, GATE LED, and 15V- never light. Appears to me the Contol board is bad. Anyone had this problem
