The buttons under the screen on the console(Display, Fan, Menu, up down, Enter & workouts) will not work. The screen is fine, the buttons that control the mechanics (Digital Power Ramp, Resistance) work - and the screen responds to these. Since the other buttons do not work, I cannot access the automatic workouts etc. I checked and wires are securely attached. Machine has not been moved - and we did not have a power surge, etc. Suggestions?
