Norstar business phone not answering voicemail???
I have taken over a past employee's phone and reset everything. I have recorded my message on the primary message. Nothing on the alternate. Everything seem's fine but when you call, there is no connection.

I cant get my voicemail to switch over, I took over a old phone from a past employee. how do I get this thing to work!?!
It may be an internal main board issue.
