I purchased my Nortech Navigator from Sam's also probably about a year ago. Anyway, when I turn it on, everything is backwards. If you hold it up to a mirror you could probably read it, but that's the only way. Anyone else have this problem? I've tried to reset it, turned it off and back on, recharged it completely, and nothing seems to help. Am I doomed? Thanks for your help. Cindy
