Nortel i2050 doesnt connect for different VISTA users
Nortel i2050 doesnt connect
I have 2 user accounts on my laptop (running VISTA ) - both with admin rights -an ADMIN logon and a USER longon
The Nortel i2050 does NOT work for the USER logon (set up after the Amin logon) - they are both using the same number/connection (internal control issues require the user to be different to admin) - the both have the same Node and TN and both connetc to the network correctly
The USER logon can see all the same details on the phone - i.e. saved favaroties, last number dialled etc -
BUT when the USER is logged on, the phone does not answer for either incoming or outgoing calls - even thou they can be made and received (they dont connect) -
I have tried reconfiguring the ports, chnaging the node and TN for the ADMIN user to seee if this will 'let' the USER logon work - but it doesnt

My i ask you say you are trying to login to the phone why?
when you say you but them on to a new tn did you put both ext back on the same tn
