Nortel T7316E can not dial an outside line. We have a small PBX at our physicality, with a number of Notel T7316E phones. Some time back, two phones, sitting at a receptionists desk, where administratively locked to prevent dialing outside numbers. As soon as you push '9' for an outside line, the screen displays "Denied Admin". The problem is, now nobody seems to know how to unlock the phones so that we can dial outside lines from them again. Does anybody know how I can fix this?
