I have a heater that was given to me that after taking it out of the box would not turn on. It is brand new and i can't see any signs of damage. Any ideas? I can't even find the manufacturers contact info. Not sure if it is possibly manufactured by someone else - like Patton? Any suggestions on fixing it would be helpful. thnks
