My FrontDesk Telephone used to be able to transfer calls to other internal lines, as the memory button "Transfer" was programmed to do so. I was told that this maybe because the programmed memory button might have accidentally been changed.

Transferring a line is still possible if I use feature 7 0 while on the call. But I can't seem to reset the memory button again. I have tried feature * 3 and then pressing the button, then feature 7 0. I also tried erasing the memory button and tried setting it again. Didn't work.

I did a button inquiry by feature * 0, and it reads 062 Line062. Even after countless times trying to erase it it's still there.

I need to be able to transfer calls easily as this is our main frontdesk line. Please assist.
