HEY, sounds like it time for a full clean-up. Take the cover off and clean the drain ports, the filter in the front of the unit, the back inside coils, oil the fan motor, wash the front coils, ,, The water blowing out could be because its not leanning back enough, & the coils or filter is plugged and trying to **** air anywhere it can ,even thru the drainnage system!
