You should try and blow into the usb end of the memory stick, and also into the Port on the computer where the usb stick goes in. This most often helps. If not, you may need to write to the makers of the stick, and complain. They will most often replace it for you, if you have had it less than a year and a half. Hope this helps, Pennywise25
