My boyfriend is stationed in pensacola for his A school training in the military. We both have sprint LGrumor 2 phones. His phone lately has not been wanting to let him dial out or recieve incoming calls. Its important that I speak to him, because hes so far away and we have a 6 month old together. I dont have the phone on hand but hes able to text me. And If I call sprint all they say is I need the phone for troubleshooting and thats just not possible and he cant leave base. Advice?
