Open up the back of the machine and check the DRAIN PUMP and see if, when you take the hoses off, if there is something inside of it stopping it from spinning or hindering the water flow. If it is clear, check the voltage from the wires to the pump and make sure your getting power to it, if your getting power, also read the voltage and make sure it matches the Placard on the pump. If it is too low, then you probably have a bad switch or computer board. If it OK, and you disconnect the hoses and the pump spins OK, then you probably have a clogged hose. Get back to us if that does not cure it.
