I have a problem with the rear gears. They worked fine for the first six months and then I ended up with trouble for the rear gears. They seem to go really slow and the rear gear (3rd level) really only kicks in with it's high speed when I keep the handle somewhere in a position between 2nd and 3rd gear where it does not lock into a steady position. If I go all the way to the third gear, it is going super slow again.
