Depending on your climate, leaving the fan on will increase the humidity in your home. In SWFL we always make sure our fan is in the auto position. Hope this helps!!

It depends ,if you want the fan to run all the time then just leave it to fan on ,but if you need the fan to run only when the unit is calling for either heat or cool then it should be on auto .
