I just bought the aqua beat 2.0 plug it in shows a large battery int he middle of the screen it is hollow I put some songs on it then tried to turn it on with earplugs in nothing happened at all plugged it back in now and theres a picture of a hollow battery the middle is empty is it in the charging mode?
