Not sure of the model number but my paper shredder was purchased on Jan 16 of this year and quit working the middle of July except for the reverse mode. I need help
I think. Nothing is stuck in the blades. Do you have warranties on your products?

there is something stuck in the blades
in the middle of the cutters there is a small plastic lever that is the micro switch for the forward action . paper is stuck and that lever is now not operating the microswitch to drive the cutter motor
either that or the lever has broken off, again not activating the micro switch
