Not sure on settings for the wall mounted remote (no manual)...do I put this on cool then just adjust the fan speed? other option is therm but not sure what this does. Any help appreciated

Therm is for thermastat. most people run these on manual or man for most control. dont run on cool in humid weather. keep some windows open
