Nothing happens when I plug this in. I've tried eSATA and USB, both with the power adapter. The blue light comes on but nothing else. The hard drive works in other enclosures so I know that isn't the problem. Enclosure is brand new. Not sure if it's driver issue or not

Your assumptions are leading in the right direction.
The blue light would just be denoting power to the device the red light would denote drive activity. The limitation on this enclosure is that its white papers states a "Hard Drive Compatibility: 320GB HDD capacity", but I have seen people use a 500GB drive that seemed to work. If your using a drive larger then 320GB this may be an issue.
The enclosure HDD combo is Plug-N-Play via USB so this would mean drivers most likely are not the issue. I don't believe drivers are even packaged with the device which would mean they use protocol standard drivers from the OS.
Make sure that you are not hooking the USB up to a external USB hub (especially a bus-powered one) while trouble shooting as it may not provide enough power. Connect the drive up to system USB controller directly while trouble shooting.
I believe this device has the ability to hook up 2 USB cables at the same time for extra power (mainly while using the eSATA connection). Try hooking up the USB mini-B connector and the USB +5VDC connector and then hooking both up to the system on two different USB ports. This should then correct the possibility that your drive may not be getting enough power.
Lastly, the enclosure could have a faulty IC on the PCB. Exchanging it would provide the answer for that.

According to their site, the enclosure should have a 500GB limit http://www.eagletechusa.com/ET-CS2XMESU2... which is the current size I have in there. I'm using the Seagate Momentus XT. Here's the product spec page from Amazon, where I bought it
After removing and reinstalling my hard drive several times, it did finally mount (both USB and eSata). I haven't dared attempting to remove it though, so I will still call Eagle Tech since the only problems seems to be with hardware. I would advice other people who might have this problem who are also using a Macbook Pro with an ExpressCard slot to ensure that their express card driver is up to date or attempt to reinstall since my eSata wouldn't work until I did so.
