I've got a numatic henry and yesterday started to experience problems. It was working fine, I left it for a while and then when I switched it onto use it again it would only work for a few seconds then stop. Have changed the 13amp fuse in the plug a couple of times and experienced the same problem. Have now noticed that when the plug is in the socket (and the socket is switched on) I can hear a crackling sound - eek! Any clues what the problem might be?
