Numbers on speedmeters display will start jumping from one speed to another, after I have been driving about 10min or more. Numbers goes like 60 -113-88-180-195-& --- for example. I changed the speedometer sensor to new one, no change... Does this have anything to do with fast acceleration?

This might sound stupid, but is the front wheel in the air? Remember, the sender measures change in rate to try and "stay ahead" of the curve because of the delay in read/vs/display. If you've stood the front end up, then drop it, the speedo will go nuts.
if you're riding at constant speed, ie, freeway, and you're experiencing this condition, then it's likely either a pick up sender or the tone wheel. Also, check connections. Last resort it could be a cluster, but that's far more rare than the sender.
