Nuova Simonelli Appia 220v. I have tyhe machine temporarily plugged in to the oven outlet till I can get a permanent spot. Oven outlet 220v @ 50amps. Will this be a problem? burn out the machine etc?

Yes, it is a 2,000 watt machine. 7 grand, wow!
One appliance per outlet, don't try and connect both. A 50 amp circuit means that the wiring is heavy enough to supply 50 amps of power IF NEEDED without tripping the breaker.
