NuTone 9093 bathroom ventilation does not work. When I turn on the switch, there is a cranking noise, and then it stops cranking or working. However, the lights and the heater still work when the those switches are turned on. Could the problem be the motor? I saw a replacement captioned as "58000000 NUTONE Motor for 9093 Repl 64964". Is this what I need?
