I would first plug the unit into the computer and make sure that the unit is fully charged. After that, check to make sure that there are folders, with content (mp3s, videos or pictures) to make sure that the unit has something to load in the first place. If there are and the files don't exceed the maximum capacity of the unit you are most probably dealing with a defective unit. I bought my naxa mp3 player from jujudeals.com so it comes with a 30 day warranty, however I'm pretty sure that the unit itself comes with a 90 day manufacturers warranty, in which case you would have to contact naxa. Either way, you probably shouldn't worry, just get it replaced.
