Hi again, the I / o switch is for i = ignition or ON - the O = off
not seeing the choke you will need to push the control one way or the other - using memory push the choke control full one way and try to start the unit - it if fires off pull it back about 1 quarter of the way back away from full on choke. As for pushing the bulb - if the unit has not been started for a month or more - push the bulb 10 times. - if you're restarting the unit after a short pause in use then 3 times.
