Hi there is another way but it will cost a couple of bucks to do, you can purchase a multi remote which is programmable to work with anything, i have also lost 2 remotes myself and i purchased one of these and when i bought it and opened it , it didn't have my model listed BUT! it does have an automatic search system to do it for you 99% of them do you will be very unlucky to find one that hasn't, just follow instructions and it will work....hope this helps

Hi, Blue screen means no input source. Check for loose connections. Run a commercial disc cleaner through it to clean the laser lens. I it still does not work then replace the optical drive in the unit because it has given up the ghost. OR You have to connect the park wire of the Jensen to your hand brakes that gets a negative signal every time you engage it or you can try to put in series the park wire to a switch and any ground. Then read your manual how many times you got to switch it on and off until the picture appears when your dvd is playing. Same thing if you connect it to your parking brakes you got to engage you’re parking brakes on for 1 or 2 secs then back off then back on again for 1 or 2 secs keep doing this varying the secs till you get a picture. That will be the sequence to turn off that blue screen and on the dvd to watch the movie. Read your manual very carefully it will tell you the same thing but you definitely have to hook up the brake wire or else you will never see the picture. Check the manual for the color of the brake wire or just find the longest wire on the harness and that’s usually the brake wire. Let us know if you want something more else please accept the solution. Thank You for contacting Fixya.com
i grounded the pink braking wire to the ground wire going into the head unit and i can hear the audio of the dvd but i get the message saying it is unlawful to watch movies while driving blahblahblah. i have a switch for it that used to be hooked up in my old car but i'm not sure how to set it up. there is a green wire running by parking brake that is grounded. Should I hook the switch up to that and the pink brake wire?
