off and hear motor in unit running, but no track movement. Any suggestions
Inverted unit and ran diagnostic; got no track movement, but motor eventually came on and would then come on if cycled on/off, but still no track movement. We have no dealer within 200 miles and would appreciate any thoughts/help!
