off button is. A wire is loose probably but I cannot get to the interior to check its status. How can I take it apart? the plug is sealed but could it be a loose wire in there?

You have to remove the yellow switch but to do this there is a small hole at the side of the switch nearest to the machine you have to push something in this which will push the clip that is holding the switch if you can do this there is a screw behind this that allows you to remove the switch
