off button not working
Hello, our start and clear/off buttons stopped working. When push the buttons, nothing happens. All other keys work. I tried unplugging and plugging back in to reset, but still doesn't work. There is also a label called "Control Lock" imprinted on the panel, under the clear/off button. Looked up but don't see a light called "L" or "Loc" or "locked" on the panel. Is there a reset code I can try before I start looking into repairs?

Sounds like a bad keypad. You will need the full model number off the microwave to look up the correct control panel part number. Sometimes these type of parts can be really expensive & it may make more sense to replace the microwave depending on the age and condition.
