Off-on switch as bright as when it was new. green light on charger indicates the battery is fully charged. turn throttls and bike barely moves..... ?????

On n off switch on bike wont stay on. U can turn it on when charger is hooked up to it but once u take plug out red light goes off.
Check voltage with a multimeter set on volts before trying to trottle and then after you trottle it should close to the same voltage. If not then you need to replace battery.
