off switch. i do get a beep coming from the motor (i think about 5 beeps than a pause for 15 to 20 seconds and it beeps again. how do i verify hook up is right and that the receiver is ok or that the BEC is ok?

This time you need to put a ground circuit on the receiver, i'm sure it will work normally...on the voltage cannot co-inside the light on the receiver. hope it will you, good luck!
