off the picture in picture that suddenly appeared on my TV after I owned it for 3 years
I have twc cable. the recorded item i was viewing got out of sync. to stop this, I had to turn off then on the tv itself. Then I can continue viewing the recording. Somehow this time when I turned it BACK on I got a brand new picture in picture on it and cannot get rid of it.
