The code refers to a Main Motor lock (not turning). If this is the case, 90% of the time the rear bracket (accessed from removing back cover) has been bent/pushed and deformed so that the cam and timing levers will be unaligned and jammed in rotating parts of machine. Forcing the drum into machine when unaligned will bend this bracket and it only takes 1/4 inch "bow" and hard to tell my eye. There is one spring loaded lever/cam to move away from center movement and you can push all back into position, with drum removed, by pushing on the rear bracket. But the problem will return if this bracket is not "reshaped" to hold all moving parts into stable position. It would be nice to make a video/picture to up load to explain further.
