If you have not already performed serveral head cleans I would strongly recommend doing more. A problem of this nature almost always comes back to the printhead being blocked, dried or defective. It may be worth replacing one or more of the cartridges just in case you had recieved a defective one (but this is very unlikely).
In all honesty the printheads in this range of printers were a little unreliable. There was a period when we had people reporting Kodak sending replacements with very little resistance to resolve all manner of print quality issues. As such it may be that there is a genuine issue with the printhead itself that cannot be resolved.
