Often, when i exit my 2009 GMC Denali, the doors will automaticaly lock! this happened once when i left the keys in the car, so it wasn't a matter of inadvertenly pressing the key fob. Is there an auto lock that needs to be disabled?

There should be a menu of settings for that. your owners manual will show you how to access and make changes.
