I had the oil changed on my 02 Subaru Outback in June. Noticed an engine knocking noise almost immediately. Brought it back to the mechanic, he couldn't discover the cause and said is was fine. Yesterday at a stop my oil light flickered on and off once. Today it's done it every time I come to a stop. I've checked my oil level and it's normal. Everything I'm reading online is basically saying my car is shot now because of a bearing?
