If the clothes are being pulled under the rotating plate, you need to replace the plate because the plastic-sealing-edge strip is not pressing tightly against the inside of the washtub. I did this and all has been good for a year. The grease COULD be from the rotating parts under the plate, but there is also a post on this Fixya site that has to do with replacing a transmission seal. I have not had the dirty-streaks problem, so I cannont comment on a fix for that. BUT, replacing the rotating plate WILL fix the issue with pulling clothes under it.

You need to go to ask for after service.It seems the grease of other components leak in to the tub.Like pump or suspension rod
