OK there is something worng with my wireless internet for some reason I keep on losing my wireless connection on my pc and ipod touch what is the best security choice and how do i fix this?

I think you can set the security WPA( PSK). If you have set up WPA2, then sometimes it will start dropping the wireless connection. also make sure that the channel is set to particular number and not on auto.
If you still face the same problem then upgrade the firmware of the router.
