Ok well i am having a couple of problems with my dash. for one its very very slow and two whenever i go into the settings and click on a tab in the settings it sais error the settings could not bee opened. lease hhelp and thank you
Make sure the phone is not running too many programs at once. I know that when I have Adobe Reader and Windows Media Player open, it will run REALLY SLOW. So, don't have those open at the same time. Also, when I've downloaded 3rd party app, specifically YOU TUBE, my phone has gotten the problem where the settings cant' be opened. In order to fix this, hard reset you phone, BUT FIRST BACK UP ALL YOUR ITEMS THAT ARE STORED ON YOUR PHONE MEMORY, because it deletes them. It also deletes your calendar info, just to let you know. I have pretty much everything on my phone saved on a Micro SD card; I reccomend using one to back up your data. So, to hard reset the phone to get rid of the bugs, go to the Start Menu, go to Accessories, and then click "Clear Storage." Follow the instructions. PS: The phone starts itself up 2 times during the process. Hope it works. Also, in reality, 3rd party apps should work because my brother has the same phone I do, and he has a lot of apps and games on his, and his phone doesn't have a single problem. Guess we're just some of the unlucky ones stuck with a defective Dash.
