Report "Okay, so I have a Motorola SBG6580 SURFboard modem... When I reset it, the power turns on properly, and it goes through the reset process. The sending light flashes green, then goes solid. The receiving light flashes green, and goes solid. Then the internet light flashes green. However, as soon as that third light goes solid, it disappears, and the previous two lights start flashing simultaneously. The top light (I think its the sending... I;m not looking at the modem right now) is blue during the flashing, and the one below it is green. I've waited hours to see if it would pass and it doesn't... I also tried just unplugging it for a whole night to make sure it got its proper rest time, and that did not work either. (I have a tendency to not leave it unplugged long enough to properly reset.) What is the problem with my modem? This only happened after a technician came to our house"
