Hello, I am having 2 major problems with this printer. The first is that it often displays as "Load A3/A4 paper into the paper tray" request, even when there is ALREADY plenty of paper loaded. Sometimes it simply won't register the fact that there is already paper loaded and we have to switch it off and on before it eventually prints. Also the alignment of the cyan cartridge seems to be off and it is always printing a few millimetres off to the left. It has not been solved by manually realigning using the printer menu. We have an official OKI cartridge installed. Could this be a problem with the printer itself or with the cartridge? Thanks
