Old DOS program in WIN XP
HI! can somebody help me? I have an old dos data-processing program.After reinstalling windows it doesnt want to work.It is opening, but just after opening an other window in it, it writes error, I have to close it.
What I already did:
Copied config.nt and autoexec.nt in the folder where tde program is.I changed FILES=85. The autoexecnt now looks like:
@echo off
lh %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\mscdexnt.exe
lh %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\redir
lh %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\dosx
SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 P330 T3
In Properties-Program-Advanced I rewrote the path.
The compatibility is on windows95.
All of the memory is on auto./????/
I dont know what else i have to change, this program worked me beforeI didnt reinstall win.
Thanks for your help.

Well that information has told me that you should not install it on your computer, the reason being that it may effect windows and can case unreverseable damage. Sorry.
