Old range hood over oven recently dev. blowing light bulbs. Replaced hood problem persists. Exhaust fan runs fine. Hood is on circuit that includes overhead ceiling light and light over sink. No problems with either of those fixtures. What is causing light bulbs to blow in hood?

The one thing that comes to mind is that these might be halogen bulbs that you are replacing.
You should not touch these with hand when replacing as any oil or dirt contamination can cause these to blow.
Try holding with paper tissue when replacing.
Not sure though if this is the cause only. Worth a try.
