Older Tappan range oven not lighting
My Tappan 72-4252-00/05280 dual oven gas automatic pilotless ignition range lower oven does not light. Would like to know if there is a way to ignite manually. baking cycle of the oven doesn't turn on - although the broil program does.

First unplug the unit from the main power scource for sometime.then replug it and check out.
No ,,, you can't light it manually / it has a ignitor and it gets power thru it to get red and lights the gas / if have to both ign should be same on that model / kill power to range and swap them out to cook your bird / larry
