Have to turn tv off and on again 6 times in order to have sound stay on. No problem with picture.

Menu , sound settings, disable all special effects , Dolby surround, stereo, etc.. unplug, Wait overnight plug back in see if the problem continues if so, check sound settings they should be the way you left them
