Olevia 537H-B12 Won't Power ON
The blue power light just blinks rapidly the moment the power cord is plugged into the outlet.. TV will not turn on. There are three LED's on the signal board that also blink in sync with the power light.

Try looking at the board inside the TV for bulged capacitors see polaroid thread. this is the problem on the polaroid could be the same here.
