on board charger-+
I replaced the batteries, then reoplaced the on board charger. The "charge full" light comes on as soon as I plug it in. The meter on the chair doesn't move, although it did in prior weeks showing some activity. Currently I use 2 car chargers to keep me rolling. Any suggestions? I have a jazzy 1103 mini

Sounds like blown fuse which is at rear of chair. may be underneath rear cover. this fuse wont keep the chair from working, however, it will keep the charging from working.
