If the screen goes blank when the windows boots up ...than it is a driver issue and you should boot in safe mode (press F9 or F12 for boot menu ) ..and while in safe mode you have to reinstall the video card driver cause it is corrupted..You should do that just in case it is getting blank in the moment windows should kick in .. If it is right from the start than it is a computer issue ..and it is either the Ram memory to blame ..and it is booting up in a loop ..and in this case try to remove it ..and boot with on ram memory at the time and see if one of them is faulty ..or if ti is just one ..remove place back ..and also remove the cmos battery to clear settings and boot again and see what s going on ..It may work and in this case problem solved ..or not and you should try new memory .. Or the worse case..this can be a CPU failing ..and you will have to change it ..
