On my 2006 300c hemi changed out the water pump was bleeding the coolant system. Heat all of a sudden got very hot and car was over heated I turned the car off. It wouldn't restart and has a offel knock to engine. But no water was mixed in my oil. Is motor OK and what should I do?

I would remove the spark plugs and spin the motor to see if coolant is in the cylinders. Common problem. If so, I would say you could be looking at a new motor.
